This is the story of Joe. Joe is an app developer. He likes making mobile games that teach kids how to count. Joe's really excited for kids to use his app and he’s excited to get paid. After months of development, he ships his creation off to the retail app store. The wait begins. He counts the minutes hoping to hear about his app. Every day that passes is another day that Joe isn’t getting paid.

After what seems like months, Joe’s app is finally approved. It’s time to sit back and collect his hard-earned dollars. Hm, wait a minute. Things aren't going as expected. It turns out there are over 200,000 other apps in the store. He’s not ready to give up though. He just needs some help.
