Help us win the PayPal X Developer Challenge

What is the PayPal X Developer Challenge?

The PayPal X Developer Challenge is a contest for applications using PayPal's new Adaptive Payments APIs. Announced in November 2009, developers were tasked with building innovative payment applications for businesses in areas such as services, social media, gaming, mobile and consumer electronics.

Finalists will be determined by popular vote on x.com (registration required). Voting is open from February 22nd - March 5th. Then a panel of distinguished judges including chairman of eBay Inc., Pierre Omidyar; PayPal president Scott Thompson; general partner of Andreessen/Horowitz, Marc Andreessen; Sequoia Capital's Roelof Botha, and Intuit’s Scott Cook, will choose the top two prize winners.

Winners will be announced at DEMOspring2010 in March. The first and second prizes are $50,000 and $25,000 in cash and $50,000 and $25,000 in waived PayPal transaction fees.
