App Description:

This app will be based upon the World famous 7Zip software. It will be a Universal app which will work on iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad1 & iPad2 to zip/unzip various file formats such as
Zipping / UnZipping: 7z, XZ, BZIP2, GZIP, TAR, ZIP and WIM
UnZipping only: ARJ, CAB, CHM, CPIO, CramFS, DEB, DMG, FAT, HFS, ISO, LZH, LZMA, MBR, MSI, NSIS, NTFS, RAR, RPM, SquashFS, UDF, VHD, WIM, XAR and Z.

7Zipper will be designed to compress 7z format 30-70% better than to zip format. And 7Zipper will compress a file to zip format 2-10% better than most of other zip compatible apps on the App Store.


Why Should You Back This App?

The 7Zipper app is part of a larger suite of "File Viewer" apps I plan on creating in the near future.
The first app of this suite was the extremely successful and famous "Winmail File Viewer" Universal app, which has been Featured in more than 25 Countries across the World in various App Stores, is constantly in the Top 200 of the Business Section in multiple iTunes Stores, and it has also been backed by Appbackr Catalyst Fund!

The "Winmail File Viewer" app when released in June 2010 was the first of its kind in the Apple Store out of 250000 apps at that time!! And since then it has helped thousands of users open and read winmail.dat™ files on their iPhones & iPads, which was impossible to do before this app!
And I plan on creating a similar success story with all the apps released as part of the "File Viewer Suite", starting with the next in line 7Zipper.


What Will The Money Be Used For?

The initial design work for the icon and other graphics has already been done by Sammy, the head of my designing team. The backr funding for this app will be used for finishing the coding and development of the application, a support website, and aid in the marketing and distribution of the application.
